Prevent viewing on Web Source Control

We're using offshore contractors to perform some of our quality control tasks.

For this reason and other IP security concerns, we wish to disable access to the web "Source Control".

Any way to do remove access to "Source Control"?

BTW we're using the scrum template and have been using the "stakeholder" role for the contractors.
