RTC Viewlets - Based on Flash?

Are the viewlets using Flash? I've seen some error messages in RTC - "A script in this movie is causing the Flash Player to run slowly...."

I think I remember dashboards use Flash to render the images. Not sure if that changed or not.

The work item statistics viewlet uses flash to render its charts. If you have reproducible steps, could you please open a work item to investigate the problem?
