We have been advised by the Jazz Report team that we need to install the BIRT plugins for the fliefile and xml ODA drivers on our server so that we can generate csv and xml reports on the server. We need some assistance in determining how and where to install the plugins and what plugins to install.

If I'm understanding the question, you just need to understand the process of installing new capability into an existing RTC server. Take a look at this wiki topic which provides the steps necessary to provision new plug-ins to the server: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/UsingJazzProvisioner
