Is there a 4.0.3 hot fix for Defect 71478, fixed in 4.0.4, on RRC sub-folders becoming invisible ?

Will submit a PMR for this, but just wonder if anyone has already got a hot fix to apply to RRC 4.0.3 to cope with subfolders becoming invisible after a refresh as per Defect 71478.

Workaround not usable, as artifacts in invisible folders  can be queried for, but the sub-folders themselves cannot. Hence unless initially created while folders still visible, there are no way to add artifacts after a refresh, when folders have disappeared.

I believe the patch mentioned post https://jazz.net/forum/questions/154951/counting-the-number-of-folders-present-in-a-project-area-in-rrc is what I am looking for. Any idea how I should go about to get it ?

I understand you would submit a PMR. If your issue is determined to be the same as defect 71478, there is a Hotfix request 274074: Missing subfolders defect 71478 for v4.0.3 RRC.
You may want to let support engineer know about the info. It depends on whether your current 4.0.3 has any pre-installed  hotfix, the existing hotfix may not apply to your case.
Hopefully this info helps.
