RTC 4.0.5 VS 2010 Client does not show pending changes

The incoming nad outgoing changes are not shown in RTC 4.0.5 VS client

This is a sporadic issue and

When these workspaces are loaded in ECcipse client "Pending changes" view shows all incoming and outgoing changes

Manually clicking refresh pending changes also has no effect

Any idea how to overcome this issue?

Karthik,

this does not sound like expected behavior. Please do open a jazz.net defect for this and also inform CI to connect this to a PMR. Sporadic behavior seems to point to external circumstances which would influence this behavior.
Do you see this sporadically on different client machines? On always the same client machines? Different logins or always the same user?

Thanks Arne. I will do the same

This is spordaic (feedback from users). The annoying thing is they don't see any and no clue what is happening in the stream. They don't use Eclipse at all.
