Distributed SCM 4.0.4 to 5.0 fails "Distribution of source control artifacts with other servers is restricted by one or more license keys installed on your server"

trying to copy streams from server A to server B on my test system.
using Eclipse UI, workspace or stream Duplicate

is this a version mismatch error really?

My understanding is that you cannot use distributed SCM if you have installed either the workgroup or the 10-free licenses on your license server ... so that could be one cause of this error.
But even if you do not have any workgroup or 10-free licenses installed, I would not expect you to be able to do a distributed deliver between a 4.0.4 and 5.0 server, since there were a lot of SCM schema changes between those two versions.

Ah, 10 free.. never thought about a dumbed down version..  bummer..  love to play with the system, write utilities.. learn what it does (and doesn't!)..

no longer at a company where I get dev access to systems.
