How to create streams, components and folders using OSLC/reportable rest API in RTC

 Hi,


Please let me know how can we create streams, components and folders and upload files in that folder in RTC using OSLC/reportable rest API.

The reportable REST API is for reporting - reading stuff - as far as I can tell. A reporting API should not allow to create or modify anything. 


I am not familiar with OSLC or other REST or WEB APIs for that. Use the SCM command line or the Java APIs.
