For that you would need Insight or RRDI ( both Cognos based tools ) for your report creation/generation.  Once you get the report created and working it can be scheduled and e-mailed to users.

Or use OSLC (REST) to extract work item data based on queries and use whatever tools available on your platform to create reports (or worksheet files)

I don't think any of the CLM applications can do this automation otherwise.
