Hi,
 

Is there a option to configure more than one project area to communicate with RTRT adapter and RQM?

 

Run command prompt

Navigate to C:\Program Files\IBM\TestRealTime\ RQMAdapter\TestRTadapter

Run startTestRTAdapter.bat -reconfigure

Provide  Server URL: https://<ip-address>:9443/qm          

Provide Login and Password (clmadmin, clmadmin)

Provide Project Area: RTRT-RQM, RTRT-NEW

Adapter Name : Adapter

Hi Sourabh,

I dont have much idea about RTRT adapters but in general other adapters can connect to only 1 RQM projectArea at a time so it should be the same for RTRT adapters too.
You need to run another adapter to connect to another projectArea

Hi,
Just to update on configuring more than one project area in RTRT-RQM adapter:
re-configuring the adapter with different port number for each project area will help in running multiple adapter to connect to different project area.

Please refer the snapshots. Adapter 1

There is an enhancement request regarding the ability of an adapter to connect to a multiple Project areas
