When will RTC (other Jazz based products) support version control via the SCM compontent of process templates (XML)?

Not sure exactly what you're looking for, but if you want to see the
history of you process template XML, you can already do this. In the
template XML editor, right click and choose Show History. This will show
who changed the template, when they changed it, and what they changed
(textual compare only at this point).

being able to see the changes and timestamps is good, but what would be very useful is the ability to associate a workflow with process template changes. For example, this is an important spot for review and approval. being able to bind changes to a work item would be great.
