RTC client plugins for RAD 7.5 beta - Unexpected Error

Hi
I'm installing the RTC client plugins to RAD 7.5 beta as per
instructions in
https://jazz.net/learn/tech-notes/TechNote.jsp?href=data/rtc-1_0-rad-7_5-coexistence/index.html

after installing the WorkItem plugin I cannot start RAD anylonger.

I attach the log file created by the failing startup action.
If anyone could help me on this I would appreciate very very much, it's
a big issue preventing my team to start developing in a RAD75+RTC
environment for an important project.

thanks a lot for your attention.

You may not need to use the tech note instructions anymore to get RAD
and RTC shell sharing together. If you are using RTC Beta3 and RAD 7.5
open beta 2 you should be able to simply install them together with the
IBM Installation Manager into the same package group.

This has worked with some of the previous RTC milestones and I believe
it worked with the RAD open beta 1. Can you indicate which two versions
you are trying to use together?

thank you very much, i re-installed both RAD (beta 2) and RTC (beta 3)
with shell sharing option and now they work.

I really appreciate your support.
