Shared queries on project dashboards

It seems that with RTC 1.0 shared queries can only be used on team or
personal dashboards, and not project dashboards. Why is that? Will
this be fixed in 2.0?

In 1.0 the strategy for which queries to surface in a given dashboard was as follows:

Project Dashboards - Predefined queries only
Team Dashboards - Predefined queries and queries shared with the team in question
Personal Dashboards - Predefined queries, queries shared with the user's teams, queries shared with the user and personal queries

In 2.0 the strategy will be updated as follows:

Project Dashboards - Predefined queries and queries shared with any team in the project
Team Dashboards - same as above
Personal Dashboards - same as above
