Trouble with RTC widgets

Good Evening

I have a customer that's having some issues with the widgets in RTC 3.0. Everything with the tool is working perfect, but the widgets aren't loading.

Does anybody knows what may be happening?

Andrea, are you talking about Dashboard widgets? If so, please provide more information on which widgets you are seeing problems with and what the nature of the issue is.

Andrea, are you talking about the Dashboard? In the past the widgets used flash. It got installed automatically. Do they have a firewall that prevents it?

What are the symptoms otherwise? Any hints in the log files?
