RRDI Errore Data Collection Job Work Items

I have RTC 4.0.3 and RRDI installed, I'm working with reports  and I have a Data Collection Job Work Items ERROR
The error is:
MQP-ERR-0015 Unable to find the object 'Request Resource Extension'.

Someone can help me?

Hello Marina,

to get more information on the cause of the error you can review the content of the jts-etl.log file from the CLM server logs directory.

Hello Marina,

MQP-ERR-0015 seems to be a Cognos error.

Did you import the data model from CLM, as described in the following documentation  topic?

Integrating Rational Reporting for Development Intelligence with CLM data sources / Loading the data models and application sample reports onto the report server

another details : on RTC server console I have under Data collection job status a failure of data collection job Requirements

Hello Francesco,
in the ccm-etl.log (the data collection job Work Items failed) I have this error
