How to show resolution while creating a new Defect Work Item?
We have the option to show 'resolution' for all the states. My requirement is to have the 'Resolution' field visible to the user when a new defect is created (ie, during the initialization) of a defect. But the resolution field is greyed out even though I have chosen to show "resolution" during 'New' defect creation. How to make this field visible when a new defect is created? |

Jazz team, why don't you delete old queries that never were responded??? I use to find a lot of unresponded queries and this is lost timing while searching for help.
