unarchive a timeline/iteration in 4.0.0.5

Hello,

we have CLM 4.0.0.5 and would like to archive/unarchive soem timelines.

I saw in one of the Q&A in forum:

a post regarding the possibility of unarchiving a timeline/iteration.

to my understanding there are 2 steps which need to be done:
1.Add these lines in different *ini files:
-Dcom.ibm.team.process.enableUnarchive=true  in eclipse.ini
 com.ibm.team.process.enableUnarchive=true'  in  configuration/config.ini

2.  add the following plug in: com.ibm.team.process.ide.ui_1.0.200.I201005221517

while the first changes can be easily done I would like to know where to find out the above plug in.

Is there any other way to solve this issue out?
