Hi Abhinav

The Defect261599 seems been fixed in CLM4.0.3. However, you are already on the same CLM version.
- verify in IE9, Firefox17 ESR or Google Chrome21 and above browser's if this step 4 works fine.
- verify the mapping file user's are imported in RTC.
- Try changing the options mentioned in Step 1: Import file with different radio button selection for Plan Start and End Date and retry assigning the user.

Alternatively, you can create a PMR with the mpp xml file for the Problem analysis.

1- Save your MPP file as an xml file.
2- Go to your RTC plan in which you want import
3- You'll see an import functionality on right corner
4- Choose your xml file and do your mapping.

That's all.

You can export your plan from RTC as xml and import to MS Project also.

Hi Abhinav

To import and export plans, you must use the Rational Team Concert web client and version 2007 or 2010 of Microsoft Project.

The detailed steps to import and export plans are in the below article:
https://jazz.net/library/article/1150

Also, a web video is available(How to import MS Project Plan into IBM RTC):

Let me know if this helps.

Rohit

What is the CLM version and browser's you using?
have you tried this step in other browser?
