Error message when opening an attachment file in VS2008,VS2010.

Hi All,
When We are trying to open an attachment file from Work - item on VS2008 & VS2010 Plug-in, We are getting an error message: "Internet Explorer cannot download XXX from https://XXX:9443/jts, Internet Explorer was unable to open this site".
We are using IE 8 and RTC 3.0.1, some users can open the files and some not (only on the VS), all the users can open  the files via  Web UI.
We  are understand that it isn't  permission issue in RTC or AD, maybe IE security problems (all the users are getting IE security  via policy). 

I hope I provided enough info about the problem....

Hi there, @zivbaz.

Try adding https://XXXXX to your trusted sites on Tools > Internet options > Security settings > Trusted sites.

Are you accessing RTC via proxy server? If so, have you checked the configuration in IE settings? (i.e. adding an exception if your server is located inside your intranet).
