firefox Poster PUT issue

I am using firefox Poster adddon to try and communicate with IBM Rational Quality Manager.
On the Poster page
https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMUsingPoster
It says :
"Within the RQM install there is a directory containing many examples of resources in XML format suitable for use with the REST API. Look in the [RQM Install]\samples\classics directory. Note the XML files all have descriptive suffixes. "TC" is Test Case, "LR" is Lab Resource, "Req" is Requirement, etc."

I have installed IBM CLM :CLM-Web-Installer-Win-4.0.6, and i cant find anywhere the [RQM Install]\sampled folder, neither i can find "AddNewCustomer_req.xml."

Can you please help me .
Thanx

Unfortunately the samples are no longer included in v3.0.1 and onwards. The wiki page you refer to would apply to v2.0.x only. In that version, defect and requirements can be created within qm repository and they are now in RTC and RRC separately hence many samples would no longer valid in the current version. The best approach would be to check with the RQM REST API: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi
and use Poster to GET some artifacts and play with it.
There are many discussions in forum as well on how to use REST API to work with various artifacts and you can search for them. If you can't find anything you want, you can always post your questions for some suggestions.
