How do I download different type of attachment from Execution Result at RQM side using REST APIs?

Hi,

I have an attachment Url in RQM side but I am not able to download attachment with same format and name as it is actually. There may be different format of attachment like .doc file, .xls file, .pdf file, .jpg file, .png file. I am getting those attachment url from Test Case execution result.

How do I get those attachments?
