RTC Requires users to log in way too often
Greetings,
Does anyone know of a setting we can use to reduce how often RTC forces us to log back in? We have to log in so often that its very annoying to the users. Thank You in advance! |

Session timeout setting for Tomcat and WAS can be adjusted following the below technote: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21641143 http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21447983 If you use WAS and the concern is idle time control, please refer to this: http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/wasinfo/v7r0/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.websphere.nd.doc%2Finfo%2Fae%2Fae%2Fuprs_rsession_manager.html By default, it is set as 30mins idle timeout. You can set "session timout" value to no timeout or specific interval. WAS setting change requires service restart to make it effective. Hopefully this helps. Comments

I am not aware of this settings. I checked with RTC advanced properties and could only find one place which is set as 10mins in:
What are the tabs open to? Is it different ccm servers such as /ccm1 and /ccm2
