User not able to linked the story from ccm to testcase in qm
One of the users from yesterday not able to linked story from ccm to testcase in qm. He used to linked previously.He is using IE and firefox.. He is the only one who cannot log in bu other user can perform the task. Same machine and same browser other user can linked the story and testcase but not this individual user. There is no anything change in his permission.And he has same permission as other user.

Have you checked the ccm.log and jts.log for any messages? Have you checked the user's license to see if it has expired? Can the user login and perform other actions? It's really hard to say what the issue is with this information.

Hi Rosa, There is no any error in ccm.log and jts.log.User can perform other actions except linking testcase from story. But same user can link story from testcase. |
