CLM Upgrade (from 3.0.1.1 to 4.0.0.1 ) upgrade issue

Hi,

After upgrading from CLM 3.0.1.1 to CLM 4.0.0.1, CCM and JTS seems working fine. whereas i am having issues with RQM and RRC projects. I can see all the RQM projects but when i click i get the error

You do not have permission to view this dashboard. ID CRJAZ5026I

and RRC projects are not appearing at all. I have checked the licenses and everything looks OK
