QueryBuilder: how can I specify the time along with the date in a query?

Susan Hanson (1.6k2201194) | asked Apr 23 '14, 7:45 a.m.
I and building a query (Eclipse client, 4.0.5) and I can set Creation Date after (including) and select the Specific Date from the calender picker.  I can also do the same for Creation Date before (including).

My query is ... how can I add the time?  For example, if I do after (including) April 22, 2014 and before (including) April 22,2014, if I look at the actual string in the Work Items view, it says:
Type is Task & Creation Date after (including) April 22, 2014 12:00 PM & Creation Date before (including) April 22, 2014 12:00 PM

In theory, that should be ONLY Task work items created EXACTLY @ 12:00 PM, right?  But it is not, because I get a list of them  with different times:
131217:Apr 22, 2014 11:56:24 AM
131220:Apr 22, 2014 3:23:52 PM
131221:Apr 22, 2014 4:01:51 PM

So how do I specify in the query builder the TIME to use?  Is there a way?  If not, then is the description in the Work Items view inaccurate?

Hi Susan,
The query on specific time function is not available in RTC yet.
However an enhancement request has been submitted https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=243188. From the comment 1, a workaround is also provided to query the single hour by doing a before and after criteria on the same number of hours.
