How set default directory for Web Client File Download

Is there a way to base a default and shared directory for downloads\uploads based on RTC Web Client Stream?

So, when a user downloads a file, the windows file download dialog box that RTC opens would default to preconfigured shard drive (using the unc)

That sounds like something the web browser handles. Most web browsers have an option for specifying a default location to save downloads.
