Hi there,

We running a CLM 4.0.5 installation with a derby configured as data warehouse. The "Data Warehouse Snapshot Time" is set to the default value 24 but we recognized that the service runs every second hour and not as it is configured at midnight. Is there another value which influnences the number of occurances related to the data collection jobs.

Regards
Matthias

Hi Matthias,

In Data Warehouse Connection properties in Web UI, there is a property called "Task delay".
By default it is set to 86400 seconds (24 hours).

Data Collection Jobs start at the "Data Warehouse Snapshot Time" and repeat after "Task delay" time and so on.
What is your value of "Task delay"?

Hi Adam,

that was exactly the value I was looking for. In the applications (RTC/RQM) it was set to 86400 but the JTS had a value of 7200. I changed it and assume that this will fix the problem.

Many thanks for your quick answer :)

Matthias
