As part of project planning we would like to be able to plan a work item to start at a particular time during the day. Is this possible with RTC planning ?
The reason I asked this question is that we will like to be able to use RTC to plan deployments of software where the various tasks must start at particular times during the day.

There is no ability to create a custom attribute for a set time - that being said this would be a good candidate for an Enhancement request. Please feel free to open one here on jazz.net work items.
