How to get workitems, which had the "new" state more than once

We have a project where lots of stories seems to pass the workflow at least two times, so
New - Open - Done - New - Open -Done

Is there an easy way to find those workitems?
We have RTC 6.0.5, ReportBuilder in combination with LQE and DCC in version 6.0.3,

Hello Georg,


In report Builder you can create a report with traceability of "Work Item History" linked to the "Work Item History Work Item".
Then you can set a condition on current state off the "Work Item History Work Item" and the previous state on "Work Item History"

e.g. give me all WI where actual state is New and previous state was Done.

Since you can get state along with itemHistory information via reportable REST URL for WorkItem, you should be able to get this through RPE. Not sure about other options.
