After upgrade RQM from 3.0.1.1 to 4.0.5,  the test-cases that had been selected in the test-case-review widget in RQM 3.0.1.1 are missing in RQM 4.0.5.   Thus nothing is shown under the test-case review widget.

I searched in the forum but nothing similar is found.  Other than manually adding the test-cases again, what else can be done to quickly add back the test-cases selection?  Is this a known issue?
