Error on jts setup - lpa step

Hi everybody!

We get this erro on lpa step of jts setup:

CRJCA0146E La aplicación Administración de proyectos de ciclo de vida (LPA) no se pudo comunicar con la aplicación en el siguiente URL: https://myrtcserver:9443/ccm/friends. Para comunicarse entre servidores con otras aplicaciones, la aplicación LPA debe poder comunicarse con la aplicación en el URL especificado.

Kot,

Your answer didn't fix the problem. The problem persists. Event the jts_user was configured right.

Any Idea?
