 hello,
      Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.8   64bit    
      IBM Installation manager1.7.0 has installed
      I can't install CLM4.0.6 ,when I run ./launchpad.sh ,it show that:
Authentication Rejected, reason : None of the authentication protocols specified are supported and host-based authentication failed.

 Chen, if the downloaded installer is a web installer you need to check the proxy settings on the server to allow it download the installation package from jazz.net

       how do I install when I download single software,example:rational quality manager,
       Install environment:Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.8   64bit 
       there isn't repository.config file in single software

Chen, you can directly install using the ./launchpad.sh executable contained in the archive downloaded.

Hello Chen,

If you want to install using repository.config you should download the IBM Installation Manager Repositories:
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/4.0.6/JTS-CCM-QM-RM-repo-4.0.6.zip
This will be quite larger as it will contain all the CLM products for all the platforms.
