Based on your information above, you have a server running the (no longer supported) version 5.0.2.
You try to connect this server with a client version 7.0.3 - even that is a milestone build. This does not work and is not supposed to work. You can only connect a client to a server, where the client version is the same or up to 1 major release lower. You have to install an EWM Client of version 5.0.2 or lower.
Unfortunately downloads for these versions (5.x) are no longer available here on Jazz.net. I do not know where you can get one, if they are also not available on software download. If you do not have such an installer for RTC 5.0.2 you can open a case with support. Maybe they are able to provide such a version.

where can I open a case for the same.
If you have licenses, you would have a person in your organization entitled to and knowledgeable of how to contact IBM support. I would suggest to find that person.

I am not able to open a case via IBM support, as while opening case it ask for customer reference no, as I work internally for IBM I do not have that. Do we have any email or any other way to contact the support team.

I do not know how to approach this. Have you looked at the available versions in https://w3.ibm.com/w3publisher/software-downloads ? |
