[closed] Cannot access resource for -Xlintfile:META-INF/Xlint.properties

After I installed CLM 4.0.6 and start the server, I got the following warning:
[com.ibm.team.server.monitoring.service] warning Cannot access resource for -Xlintfile:META-INF/Xlint.properties

Does anyone have idea why the warning is happened?
BTW, I could not see any error in tomcat logs or application logs.
