How do I get the RTC eclipse client

Richard Malek (323) | asked Feb 28 '14, 10:55 a.m.
I am an IBM employee working on an external account (National Grid). We are using the RTC application with this account but are using the web client. How can I get the eclipse client installed on my machine as I am a PM responsible for oversight and work item creation, management, team setup etc. I would like the additional function afforded by the eclipse client.,

You can simply download the RTC Web Installer (link to version 4.0.5: https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0.5/CLM-Web-Installer-Win-4.0.5.zip) unpack it, run it, and select the option to install Eclipse Client.

There is also a zip file containing a standalone version of the client (does not require installation):

You can find downloads of older version on jazz.net/downloads.
