Update Attachment in RTC Web UI

Hello,

Is there anyway to update an attachment in the RTC web UI? Many users would like to be able to work collaboratively on a work item attachment, but opening and saving the attachment does not actually update the document. Users are having to download the attachment, edit the file (excel spreadsheet, for example), add the file as an attachment, and delete the old attachment. Is there a workaround for this?

Hi Jamie,

I don't believe this is possible currently. There is the following enhancement request:
Request for function which allows to overwrite attached file (189726)
