RSA 7.5 Team Concert install missing context menu items

I just installed RSA 7.5 and selected the "Team Concert" check box. By default, the Work Items perspective is blank. I can add the Team Artifacts and other views manually, but it is missing several context menus on all the items - they only list Refresh, Properties, etc. And if I reset the Work ITems perspective it returns to being blank.

Is the RSA 7.5 Team Concert client install supposed to be full featured? Is there a way to reset the context menues Anyone else have this problem?

Pilot error on my end. I needed to adjust capabilities (Preferences > Capabilities). The only one I saw RTC-related was under Advanced > Team > Team Concert Course Control. But checking it and a few others made the context menus appear.
