Users permissions in Rational Insight

Hello,

I don't understand how work the users permissions in Rational Insight ...
In my configuration Rational Insight get the users in a Jazz Team Server.
Curenttly I have two users: "test" and "admrqm" users. In Rational Insight they can do everything.

For a folder I I give all the permissions (read, write, execute, ...) to only one user "admrqm". "test" user has no permission on this folder.

When I am logged with "test" user I see that I have all the permissions on the folder. I don't understand why ...
