 Is there a way to include status of comments given during review process on the artifact and not on review. 
Currently when we generate review report it  is displays comments given on each artifact, but status is displayed only for comments given on the review and not the artifact.  
We are creating collection for review and it is not possible to give all review comments on the review itself for all the artifacts. But we need to track the status of all review comments given on artifacts during review, Please let us know if we can customize review report or we can use some other report that can provide us comment status.

Yes it is possible but you need to have RPE and be able to understand the usage of the Data sources so you can edit the  content of the report included with RRC and modify  it  to include the state of the review.
