Carson Holmes (111●1●35●43) | asked Feb 13 '14, 9:24 a.m.  Is there a way to allow folks who are not members of the project area or a team area inside the project area to at least create work items and add comments to work items? Like I am able to do in all the project areas on Jazz.net?
