Time stamp field in RTC extract are coming as text.

HI All,

When I am extracting RTC data everything works fine but when a resource situated in France or Mexico extract the query some of the dates are coming as text.

The issue is resolved if we changed there machines regional setting to English UK or US.

Can someone please help with some solution around it
