eSignature for work items in CCM

I am trying to test the eSignature capabilities for work items in CCM 4.0.5.  I can setup the preconditions to require an  approval and eSignature but when I do the approval, the eSignature box does not popup like it does in RQM.  So I can do the approval then I get an error message that the eSignature is required.  I don't have a dialog box to enter the eSignature.  Am I missing a step or is that function not working.

 How to configure:
Add an attribute of type 'E-Signature' to the
desired Work Item type
Configure the editor presentation to show the
E-Signature attribute in the Approvals section
Enable the 'E-Signature' precondition for the
'Save Work Item' operation

The e-sig implementation does not seem as complete as the one in RQM but I can get it to work.
