RQM excel importer add in not loading
Hi,
I have just installed the RQM excel importer on a client's machine. However after the installation successfully completes, no add ins are available in excel. On checking the addins under file>options. I can see the Mso2RQM Excel Add-in is disabled. However when trying to enable it, the load behavior error message states "not loaded. a runtime error occurred during the loading of the com add-in" OS: Windows 7 32 bit Office: 2010 32 bit. Any assistance will be appreciated. Kind Regards, Michael. |
