Additional folders for Shared Queries RTC V4.0.2

Hi i'm sure its something simple and i'm just overlooking the obvious. But could somebody explain to me how I can create folders below "Shared Queries" such as the 2 team folders in the example below.

Hi David,
When you create a new query, there's a Details tab with options for sharing the query. You can specify a team area. After saving the query, you can see a folder with the team area name under Shared Queries.

Note: In addition to above:

You will only see that folder appear in the team artifacts view if you are a member of that team. (Under Eclipse 3.0.1.1 you would see the folder if you were assigned to the project area root, but this seems to have gone away under Eclipse 4.0.3 from what I've observed)
