Hi

I'm using RTC 4.0.5 and Insight 1.1.1.3 and have been doing some reports , but I need some custom attributes (enumerations for example) and i can not get them.

I'm have this on my "Request Area" :




I have seen on other RTC 5.0.2 and in its rrdi they have a "Request string extension" where you can find the attirubtes based on enumeration for exaple , but I can not find them on mine Insight.
Any help?

Hello Cesar,

most likely you have and old data model in Insight and need to load the current one from your CLM instance.
