RTC Custom attributes in Insight?
Hi
I'm using RTC 4.0.5 and Insight 1.1.1.3 and have been doing some reports , but I need some custom attributes (enumerations for example) and i can not get them. I'm have this on my "Request Area" : 
I have seen on other RTC 5.0.2 and in its rrdi they have a "Request string extension" where you can find the attirubtes based on enumeration for exaple , but I can not find them on mine Insight. Any help? |

most likely you have and old data model in Insight and need to load the current one from your CLM instance.
