What version of RQM do you see this error on?

What browsers are used? Did you check with alternate browsers?
Did you check the RQM logs? (logs are on the server in the WAS profile logs / under server directory of CLM installation based on whether the CLM is deployed on WAS or Tomcat respectively?)
