work item state transitioning issue

Hi,

We are facing an issue with work item state transitioning.

I have a task WI for which I wanted to move from Invalid state to New state. But not getting that option.

Not sure what is wrong here.

This issue is fixed as I was referring to a different workflow. After doing close comparison I could figure this our.

I think Initialize is a special case, only used for just created, not yet saved.

we used Reopen as the action.
