Setting up RRDI 2.0.4 with CLM 2.0.5 - "CRRRA0042E: An error occurred while loading the archive"

Win7, CLM 4.0.5, DB2 v10.1 , WAS 8.5.0.2 (for RRDI only), RRDI 2.0.4
All in one environment. RRDI installed and setup. In 'Load Cognos Archives' step, could not load "Rational Reporting Data Model (DW+CALM).zip" with error "CRRRA0042E: An error occurred while loading the archive" . When I replaced the above zip file with one from CLM 4.0.1 , the load was successful. Has anyone seen this problem ? Is it a defect with CLM 4.0.5 ? - abhi |

Hello Abhi,
you are right on the point "CLM 4.0.5 do not support RRDI 2.0.4.". If you are using CLM 4.0.5 you should upgrade RRDI to version 2.0.5. Looks like compatibility issue. CLM 4.0.5 do not support RRDI 2.0.4. I have downloaded "Rational Reporting Data Model (DW+CALM).zip" from CLM 4.0.4 and could load it in above environment.
