Viewing RTC Opened vs Closed Items Per Day in Web UI

 Is there anyway to take a query that I have built and view the opened vs closed items PER DAY? I'd like to see how many items are being closed vs how many are being opened each day. If there is no way to do it in RTC, has anyone found a way to do so in Excel?

Hi Jamie,
In web ui navigate to reports->shared reports and select Open vs Closed Work Items report.
You can edit report parameters by clicking pen button.
You can also export the report to xls file by clicking the icon on the left of the pen.

I don't see any way to change parameters, all I see is Name, Description, and Folder... Might be because I do not have permission?

What is your RTC version?

I have much more parameters in RTC 4.
