 I want in workitem if the owner does not belong to Team Area ,this display errorMessage not the warnning Message,user don't save the workitem。

how can I do?

If I understand correctly, you would like the message displayed in case a user is not part of the Team Area to be an error message, not a warning message, as it prevents from saving the workitem.

If so, I can recommend that you create an enhancement request on jazz.net to cover that:

Hi Chen,
Simply ask administrator of this project to add given user to this team area.

Hi Krzysztof,

This is the same issue even i am seeking for is there anyway  or workaround to handle it by end users ..
or is it part of IBM development part structure of this particular functionality.
