We recently upgraded to RQM 4 and our testers are experiencing different behavior in RQM 4 as they did in RQM 2.

In RQM 2, Lab Resources could be shared, so that multiple testers could run a test against their own adapters associated with the Lab Resource.

In RQM 4, what they have found is that as soon as a user reserves the Lab Resource, it locks all other users from using it until it is unreserved, ie, they cannot be shared.

This change in behavior is causing them problems. Is their a way to share the Lab Resource as in RQM 2, or is there some other way around the problem?

Hi N Z,

In RQM 4.x, the expected behavior is that the Lab Resource can be reserved by a user for a given date range. Other users will be unable to also reserve the same lab resource during that date range. So in short, there is no way to share a Lab Resource that has been reserved between multiple users for the same time period.
